HCA Healthcare is seeking a Work from Home HRSC Tier I Customer Service Representative to support HR and HRIS functions. You will handle inquiries by phone, chat, and email, and assist with onboarding, status changes, and basic HRIS tasks.

Applicants should have strong customer service skills and up to 1 year of HR experience; call center background is a plus. Remote workers must live within 60 miles of an HCA hospital and have reliable internet access.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service by answering HR-related inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Log and research inquiries, document resolutions, and escalate when needed.
• Support within a HR Line of Business and interpret lifecycle reports.
• Assist with onboarding, status changes, and basic HRIS tasks.
• Navigate internal resources and self-service HR tools for customers.
