Job summary

Parallon is seeking a HRSC Tier I Customer Service Representative for a Work from Home role. The position supports HR and HRIS functions, handling on-boarding, life-cycle reports, status changes, and payroll-related inquiries from within 60 miles of an HCA hospital.

You will answer HRAnswers calls, document inquiries, escalate as needed, and assist customers using self-service and HR tools. A strong customer service background and HR exposure are preferred, with prior call center experience a

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• 1 year of HR experience preferred.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• High-speed internet (25 MB down / 15 MB up) required for remote work.
• Remote employees must live within a 60 mile radius of an HCA Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service by answering HRAnswers calls and documenting inquiries and resolutions.
• Provides support within a HR Line of Business.
• Cleary communicates problem symptoms and consults with CS Tier 2 reps to resolve issues.
• Escalates unresolved issues as needed.
• Performs other duties as needed.
• Assists in navigating internal resources on self-service and HR technology tools.
