HCA Healthcare is seeking a remote HRSC Tier I Customer Service Representative to support HR and HRIS functions from home. You will answer HRAnswers calls, document inquiries, and assist users with self-service tools, while ensuring timely issue resolution.

The role requires strong customer service, about 1 year HR experience, and the ability to work within a 60-mile radius of an HCA hospital. Prior call center experience is a plus, and you will collaborate with Tier 2 specialists to resolve

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• 1 year of HR experience preferred.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Remote workers must have high speed internet (25 MB download, 15 MB upload).
• Must live within 60 miles of an HCA hospital.

Responsibilities

• Answer HRAnswers calls and document inquiries and resolutions.
• Provide support within a HR Line of Business.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 as needed.
• Assist users in navigating self-service HR tools.
• Perform other duties as needed.
