HCA Healthcare, Inc. invites applications for an HRSC Tier I Customer Service Representative to support HR and HRIS functions in a work-from-home capacity. The role requires residing within 60 miles of an HCA hospital and offers CST schedules of 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

or 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m., with weekends rotating. You will deliver high-quality HR customer service and handle data tasks with guidance from a supervisor.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of HR experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Remote work requires living within 60 miles of an HCA hospital.

Aufgaben

• Answer HRAnswers calls and document inquiries and resolutions.
• Provide HRLine of Business support and navigate internal resources.
• Clarify symptoms and consult with Tier 2 to resolve issues.
• Escalate unresolved issues as needed.
• Assist with onboarding, life-cycle reports, and data management.
• Support HRIS processes and overall HR service delivery.
