HCA Healthcare is seeking a HRSC Tier I Customer Service Representative for a work-from-home role. You will handle HR answers calls, document inquiries, and provide timely resolutions while supporting HR line-of-business processes.

The role requires strong customer service, at least 1 year in HR, and prior call center experience. You will operate remotely within 60 miles of an HCA hospital, with rotating shifts and CST hours when applicable.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills.
• 1 year of experience in HR preferred.
• Previous call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service by answering HRAnswers calls and documents inquiries and resolutions.
• Supports within a HR Line of Business and communicates problems to Tier 2 when needed.
• Escalates unresolved issues and assists with navigation of internal self-service resources and HR tools.
