Job summary

Masco Service Center seeks an HR Support Coordinator to assist employees with HR questions across benefits, payroll, systems, and more. This is a remote role with a fixed EST schedule (11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

EST, Monday–Friday), with occasional flexibility for business needs. You will respond to inquiries by phone and email, document interactions, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with HR colleagues to resolve issues and meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• Respond to employee inquiries via phone, email, and case management systems with professional service.
• Navigate multiple systems to support timely issue resolution and meet SLAs.
• Document interactions in the case management system and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and data privacy in all HR activities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee inquiries via phone, email, and case management systems while delivering good customer service.
• Navigate multiple systems and priorities efficiently to support timely issue resolution and meet established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Utilize job aids, policies, procedures, and other reference materials to accurately answer employee questions and provide guidance.
• Document employee interactions and case details in the case management system to ensure accurate records and effective issue resolution.
