Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR Specialist/HR Generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and people management.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Confidentiality and ability to work remotely.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Proficient with HRIS and common office tools.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related processes.
