PuzzleHR is seeking a Human Resource Generalist for fully remote work in the United States. Under supervision of the HR Supervisor, you will help develop and implement HR practices for clients in the assigned region.

Responsibilities include I-9 compliance, onboarding, employee relations, open enrollment communications, and maintaining HR records. The role involves collaborating with the HR team and client stakeholders, supporting HR systems projects, and staying current on federal and state

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, with at least two (2) years of progressively responsible human resources experience; or
• An equivalent combination of education and experience, including a minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible human resources experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP Certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support execution of human resources plans and practices for clients in the assigned region.
• Perform I-9 compliance and file audits.
• Conduct exit interviews and stay interviews.
• Communicate with employees to announce open enrollment.
• Facilitate meetings with client, broker, HR team, and other PuzzleHR service teams.
• Compile EEO-1 reporting.
• Assist with employee onboarding support.
• Maintain employee records in client systems.
• HRIS familiarity to provide recommendations for HCM projects.
