Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary HR contact for employees, leaders, and candidates in a queue-based environment.
• Use HR resources and procedures to deliver consistent service and maintain documentation.
• Support Workday transactions such as onboarding and data updates.
• Coordinate post-offer activities including background screening and work authorization.
• Communicate clearly with candidates about post-offer requirements and timelines.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, Compliance, and vendors to resolve issues.
