Republic Services, Inc. is seeking an HR Shared Services Representative to deliver frontline HR support in a centralized model.

You will handle employee, leader, and candidate inquiries, manage Workday tasks, and ensure accurate documentation in HR systems in a high-volume setting. You will coordinate post-offer activities, support payroll-related processes with ADP, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Compliance to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience while maintaining

Formación

• Experience supporting post-offer or onboarding HR processes.
• Background in a centralized/shared services HR model.
• Experience in high-volume, service-oriented environments.
• Ability to follow documented processes and standard guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary HR contact for employees, leaders, and candidates in a queue-based environment.
• Utilize knowledge resources and procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Provide Workday transactional support including onboarding and data updates.
• Coordinate post-offer activities such as background checks and work auth compliance.
• Communicate clearly with candidates about timelines and next steps.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, Compliance, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Explain standard HR policies and escalate non-routine cases as needed.
• Support payroll-related processes in coordination with ADP and Payroll teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve processes and service quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
