You will handle inquiries, process transactions in Workday, and assist with onboarding and post-offer activities to ensure a compliant and positive candidate experience.

This fully remote role requires residing in Arizona and collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence and external vendors to maintain accurate records and service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience handling post-offer onboarding processes.
• Familiar with centralized/shared services HR models.
• Experience in high-volume, service-oriented environments.
• Ability to follow documented processes and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline HR contact for employees, leaders, and candidates in a queue-based environment.
• Use HR knowledge resources and procedures to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Manage Workday transactions including onboarding and employee data updates.
• Coordinate post-offer activities like background checks, work authorization, and onboarding docs.
• Communicate clearly with candidates about timelines and next steps.
