Job summary

Randstad USA is recruiting HR Shared Services Representatives for a fully remote, long-term contract. You will serve as the first line of support for associates nationwide, handling inquiries on benefits, time off, leaves of absence, and HR systems.

Expect a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accurate case handling and escalation as needed. The role offers 36.25 hours per week, primarily daytime EST, and a pay rate of $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of relevant HR, contact center, or retail leadership experience.
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with HR systems like Workday or ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound phone calls and email inquiries from associates nationwide.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, benefits, and leaves of absence.
• Document call summaries and processing details in real-time using a case management system.
• Guide associates through self-service HR tools and escalate complex inquiries to HR partners.
