The role partners with HR Centers of Excellence and external vendors to ensure accurate records, compliant processes, and a positive candidate and employee experience, while maintaining confidentiality and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting post-offer or onboarding-related HR processes.
• Prior experience working in a centralized or shared services HR operating model.
• Experience supporting employees or candidates in a high-volume, service-oriented, or queue-based environment.
• Demonstrated ability to follow documented processes, apply standard guidance, and deliver consistent service outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for HR inquiries from employees, leaders, and candidates in a high-volume environment.
• Utilize HR knowledge resources and standard response guidance to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Provide transactional and navigational support in Workday, including onboarding tasks and data updates.
• Coordinate background screening, drug testing, work authorization, and onboarding documentation.
