Ross Stores, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Specialist in Program Delivery to lead HR program delivery and change management initiatives that support strategic HR initiatives.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and sustain program tools, training, and communications, analyzing data and driving adoption across the organization. This role emphasizes collaboration, precision, and impact within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required or preferred.
• 2-3 years of project management, HR program management, or change management experience, transformation initiatives and/or HR technology helpful.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and presentation.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage ambiguity and priorities.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer reporting to provide Leadership Team visibility on project portfolio.
• Create and maintain Program and Change Management COE tools and documentation; drive continuous improvement.
• Train and support users on COE tools and processes.
• Provide project or change management support including plans, status reports, and training materials.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to plan messages and engagement materials.
• Analyze project data, validate assumptions, and manage issues and risks.
• Assist with documentation and ad hoc data analyses.
