Qualifications

• 1-3 years administrative experience on a resume.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel) required.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR inboxes and route inquiries to the appropriate teams.
• Support recruiting and HR processes, including postings and onboarding.
• Handle high-volume employee calls on payroll, benefits, and policies.
• Route inquiries and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Maintain accurate records in the HR case management system.
• Oversee background screening adjudication and hiring recommendations.
• Communicate background check results to managers and recruiters.
• Coordinate with background screening vendors to monitor cases.
