Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR Associate's degree with 2 years HR work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources, or related field.
• 1 year of HR Shared Services or HR work experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years of HR work experience.

Responsibilities

• Document accurate case notes for HR inquiries received via phone, portal chats, or online submissions.
• Open case management tickets for unresolved issues and refer to appropriate experts.
• Use FAQs, scripts, and basic HR knowledge to assist employees at all levels.
• Search HR web portals and knowledge bases to answer employee questions.
• Assist employees with HR self-service tools for data changes, onboarding, separations, benefits administration, performance, compensation, and job postings.
• Demonstrate candor, respect, and fairness.
• Answer basic inquiries related to HCM tools including Workday modules, ServiceNow, Bswift, and Eightfold.

Job Description

As a member of client's HR Shared Services team, you will work in a dynamic contact center environment, addressing and resolving HR inquiries from employees, managers, and HR team members. You will support global HR policies, programs, processes, and human capital tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Document accurate case notes for straightforward inquiries received through phone calls, web portal chats, or online employee case submissions.
• Open case management tickets for unresolved issues and refer them to the appropriate experts.
• Use FAQs, scripts, and basic HR knowledge to assist employees at all levels.
• Search HR web portals and knowledge bases to answer employee questions.
• Assist employees with HR self-service tools for data changes, onboarding, separations, benefits administration, performance management, compensation, and job postings.
• Demonstrate candor, respect, and fairness.
• Answer basic inquiries related to Human Capital Management tools, including Workday modules, ServiceNow, Bswift, and Eightfold.
