Onward Search is seeking a People Services Associate to support our remote team out of region. This temporary role handles the full employee lifecycle, HR and recruitment support, onboarding, and compliance to ensure smooth operations.

You will coordinate lifecycle phases, answer HR inquiries, schedule interviews, assist with onboarding, maintain records, and support audits while safeguarding confidential information. This position requires collaboration and a proactive service mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR functions or employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Proficiency with data entry, documentation, and HR systems.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate all phases of the employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding.
• Serve as first contact for HR and recruitment inquiries.
• Facilitate interview scheduling, travel, virtual interviews, and background checks.
• Assist with onboarding documentation and offer reviews.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance.
