Job summary

Payentry is seeking an HR Services Consultant to join our remote HR Services Team across the United States. You will proactively guide small and medium-sized businesses on HR and compliance challenges, using internal data to spot risks and tailor practical support.

You’ll build trusted client relationships while identifying opportunities to upsell our broader HR services. You’ll identify HR compliance issues, provide guidance, generate leads for the sales team, and ensure timely responses

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with multi-client consulting preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify HR compliance issues for clients and provide guidance.
• Deliver practical, hands-on HR support tailored to each business.
• Develop qualified leads for the sales team while expanding client relationships.
• Respond to client queries through the internal system with timely resolutions.
• Stay updated on employment laws at federal/state/local levels.
• Collaborate with payroll, retirement, and insurance teams for seamless HR support.
