Job summary

Payentry is seeking an HR Services Consultant to join our remote HR Services Team across the United States. You will proactively guide small and medium-sized businesses on HR and compliance challenges, using internal data to spot risks and tailor practical support.

You’ll build trusted client relationships while identifying opportunities to upsell our broader HR services. You’ll identify HR compliance issues, provide guidance, generate leads for the sales team, and ensure timely responses

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with multi-client consulting preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an HR Services Consultantto join our rapidly growing team!

As an HR Consultant, you'll take a proactive approachto client success, reaching out to small and medium-sized businesses across theUnited States with guidance on HR and compliance challenges before they becomeproblems. Using our internal data to spot trends and risks across the clientbase, you'll deliver hands-on, practical support tailored to each business. Asyou build trusted relationships with clients, you'll also identifyopportunities where our broader suite of services can help them grow, creatingnew leads for the organization.

What you'll do:

• Assist Payentry clients by helping them identify HRcompliance issues that may be upcoming or they have already developed.
• Provide guidance to our clients on resolving thosecompliance issues.
• Develop qualified leads for our sales team as theconsultant further develops client relationships.
• Respond to client queries through our internalsystem, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employmentlegislation and HR trends at the Federal/State/Local levels.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, includingpayroll, retirement, and insurance, to deliver seamless HR support.

What you bring to the table:

• Bachelor's degree or can substitute 7 years HRexperience
• 5 years of HR experience, experience in multi-clientconsulting preferred.
• HR Certification: PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP orsimilar certification.
• Excellent organization, communication, and customerservice skills; with the ability to explain HR concepts clearly
• Intuitive troubleshooting/problem resolution skills
• Ability to work independently while still being teamoriented
• Ability to work under pressure while maintainingdeadlines
• Ability to use prudent judgment and discretion inhandling confidential client information
