Halo Technical Solutions Global is seeking a Recruiting and HR Support Intern to assist our Human Resources and Recruiting teams with day-to-day tasks, candidate coordination, onboarding, and employee communications. Qualifikationen

• Administrative, customer service, recruiting, or office support experience.
• Strong organization and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks.
• Professional written and verbal communication; service-oriented.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Word, Excel).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to learn new HR systems and processes.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Positive attitude and adaptability.
• Eagerness to grow in HR and recruiting fields.

Aufgaben

• Review applications for basic qualifications and flag candidates for review.
• Send interview reminders to candidates.
• Update candidate statuses and maintain recruiting records.
• Prepare welcome letters using approved templates.
• Track onboarding paperwork and follow up on items.
• Assist with data entry and document organization in Rippling and SharePoint.
• Compile weekly updates on open positions, interviews, and hires.
• Support HR Manager with onboarding communications between new hires and clients.
