Turnberry Associates is seeking an HR Manager to align HR strategy with daily operations across employee relations, performance management, compliance, and leadership support. The role owns recruitment, talent programs, payroll, benefits, and confidential personnel administration in a remote-capable capacity.

You will guide performance, support training and change management, and ensure legal compliance while translating workforce data into actionable decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR operations and strategy.
• Knowledge of employment law related to talent management and compliance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms.
• Experience with one or more HRIS/ATS tools listed (Oracle HCM, Dayforce, UltiPro, SAP SuccessFactors, Lever, iCIMS, Kenexa BrassRing).
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze workforce data and translate into practical actions.

Responsabilités

• Own talent acquisition and recruitment processes from sourcing to orientation.
• Manage talent programs including succession planning and workforce management.
• Oversee benefits administration and payroll processing.
• Handle personnel administration, workers’ compensation, and confidential information.
• Guide performance management and employee development.
• Support training, change management, and project initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic planning and organization design.
• Lead compliance with employment and labor laws, including FMLA.
• Support affirmative action planning and HR data reporting.
• Use HRIS/ATS for data entry, reporting, and decision support.
• Perform Excel data analysis to support HR reporting.
