Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business administration, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in administrative, customer service, internship, or HR roles is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and coordination with hiring teams.
• Prepare onboarding documents and help new hires complete pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR systems/files are updated on time.
• Prepare HR documents, reports, and files ensuring information is complete and accurate.
• Assist employees with general HR inquiries and connect them with appropriate support.
• Support HR activities, training sessions, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Help the HR team resolve day-to-day challenges by gathering information and ensuring tasks are completed smoothly.
• Provide reliable administrative support to keep the HR team organized and efficient.
