Job summary

Insight Assurance, a global audit firm, is hiring an HR & Recruiting Assistant to support recruitment and HR operations across our remote workforce. You will manage onboarding, background checks, benefits, and payroll coordination while ensuring policy compliance and confidential handling of sensitive information.

You will assist with end-to-end hiring, sourcing through offers, coordinate interviews across time zones, maintain ATS accuracy, and contribute to training and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in HR-related field.
• 2+ years in recruiting and HR administration or HR operations.
• Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and multi-state differences.
• Experience with ATS (Workable preferred) and HRIS/PEO/payroll platforms.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, background checks, equipment and access requests.
• Serve as first point of contact for benefits, leave, payroll, and enrollments.
• Track compliance for a global remote workforce and flag changes to HR Manager.
• Resolve routine HR requests with appropriate discretion and escalation when needed.
• Support end-to-end recruitment from intake to posting, screening, and offers.
