First Bus is seeking an experienced People Project Partner to join the Colleague Experience team on a six‑month fixed‑term basis. You will drive three major programmes—Job Architecture, ERA25 readiness, and IR initiatives—by structuring work, maintaining momentum and delivering against ambitious objectives.

You will partner with senior leaders and SME teams, delivering governance, guidance, and data-driven insights to improve the employee experience across the business.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role.
• Experience delivering complex people projects and change programmes.
• Excellent planning and governance skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confidence influencing and challenging senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities and data handling.
• Ability to translate data into clear recommendations and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of three key people projects, ensuring milestones, risks and dependencies are managed to achieve outcomes.
• Provide practical support and guidance to leaders on employee relations, industrial relations and legislative requirements.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to maintain momentum and collaboration.
• Use data and reporting to monitor progress, identify risks and support decision-making and delivery.
