Job summary

Eliassen Group is a leading strategic consulting company seeking a Manager, HR Programs to oversee day-to-day compensation programs, onboarding, and HR operational workflows. This role also manages people analytics reporting, monitors compensation legislation for compliance, and partners with HR and business leaders to ensure accurate pay practices.

The role requires 5+ years in HR Generalist/Specialist roles with onboarding/total rewards focus and 1-2 years of people management experience; HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Specialist role with onboarding/total rewards focus.
• 1-2 years of people management experience.
• Professional HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of compensation processes for onboarding, promotions, transfers, and other personnel actions.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements for internal bench employees and manage escalations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Finance to ensure accuracy of job data, salary details, and compensation components.
• Provide guidance to managers on offering compensation packages that are consistent, equitable, and aligned with policies.
• Maintain onboarding modules and templates within internal systems, ensuring accuracy and government compliance.
• Oversee data integrity in HRIS and align HR data sources.
• Oversee People Analytics function and provide guidance when needed.
• Monitor compensation and reporting legislation and assess impact on policies and processes.
• Contribute to HR initiatives to improve employee experience and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain a library of job descriptions with version control and accessibility.
