Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Manager, HR Programs for remote work. You will oversee compensation programs, onboarding, personnel changes, and HR operational workflows while ensuring compliant pay practices across the organization.

You will lead people analytics reporting, monitor legislation, and partner with HR and business leaders to align processes with policy. The role includes managing HR data integrity and overseeing a library of job descriptions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational development, or a similar field.
• 5+ years in a HR Generalist or HR Specialist role with a focus on onboarding and/or total rewards.
• 1-2 years of people management experience.
• Professional Human Resources certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day compensation processes for onboarding, promotions, transfers, and other personnel actions.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements for internal bench employees and manage escalations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Finance to ensure accuracy of job data, salary details, and compensation components.
• Provide guidance to managers on offering compensation packages that are consistent and equitable.
• Maintain onboarding modules and templates within internal systems, up‑to‑date with government standards.
• Maintain data integrity in the HRIS and across HR data sources.
• Oversee the People Analytics function and provide guidance as needed.
• Monitor compensation and reporting legislation and assess impacts on policies.
• Contribute to HR initiatives improving employee experience and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain a library of job descriptions with version control.
