Job summary

VirtualResource is seeking an experienced HR Process Analyst to join the HR Transformation team. The role focuses on analysing, improving, and optimising end-to-end HR processes while ensuring Workday HCM and supporting systems are governed and enhanced.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, drive system enhancements, and support change initiatives for a best-in-class employee experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience with HR information systems and process improvement.
• Experience with HR process redesign, mapping, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong Workday HCM experience and HR transformation programme exposure.
• Experience supporting HR technology platforms including configuration and administration.
• Proven ability to gather, analyse and document business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and evaluate current HR processes for standardisation, automation, and improvement.
• Support HR user community with system usage, guidance, reporting, and data maintenance.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Technology, and Transformation teams to implement process and system improvements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable HR technology solutions aligned with objectives.
• Manage and support Workday HCM processes, configurations, and enhancements.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define future-state processes.
