Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Manager to lead a team of Client HR Partners supporting Elevate client portfolio. You will ensure quality HR services across the full lifecycle while aligning with service agreements and client satisfaction.

The role balances leadership, operations, and strategic consultation to enhance outcomes, mitigate risk, and drive HR effectiveness. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Active HR certification required.
• 5+ years in HR, incl. employee relations and policy development.
• 2+ years of people leadership.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Client HR Partners with HR best practices.
• Conduct regular coaching, 1:1s, and skill-based reviews.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and ramp-up of new Partners.
• Escalation point for high-risk HR matters; ensure compliance.
• Drive service quality, client satisfaction, and retention.
• Align HR delivery with broader service model.
• Travel up to 50% to client sites.
