Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2 years of payroll, finance, or spend management with client services or support experience.
• Experience handling escalations and at-risk client retention.
• Project management experience.
• Proficient in SQL, MS Access or Excel.
• Operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational guidance across a Client Services Team of Account Managers.
