Job summary

Elevate HR is seeking a fully remote Senior HR Leader to oversee a team of Client HR Partners supporting a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll blend people leadership, HR expertise, operational oversight, and strategic client consultation.

Lead, coach, and performance-manage the team; ensure HR best practices, compliance, and strong client outcomes; bring multi-state employment law knowledge and a consultative service approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP).
• 5+ years HR experience with 2+ years leading HR professionals.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state employment laws and client-service orientation.
• Fully remote role with comprehensive benefits and RSU eligibility.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with 2+ years leading HR professionals.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state employment laws and a consultative client-service approach.
