Job summary

360X Staffing is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations, total rewards, payroll workflows, and compliance for 200+ employees across multiple offices. This hands-on role reports to the Head of People and Culture and supports the organization from Orlando, FL.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in HR operations, with deep knowledge of medical plans, 401(k) administration, and multi-state payroll. Strong HRIS skills and communication abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of progressive HR operations, total rewards, or HR generalist experience in a professional/services environment.
• Deep practical knowledge of medical plan administration, 401(k) compliance, and leave management.
• Advanced Hands-on experience with mid‑market HRIS platforms and complex reporting (Excel).
• Excellent communication, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee benefits and total rewards administration, Open Enrollment, COBRA, and carrier liaison.
• Partner with finance/payroll for bi-weekly multi-state payroll processing.
• Manage HRIS data integrity, reporting, and audits across the employee life cycle.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding, background checks, I-9s, and leave administration.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local labor laws and maintain employee handbooks.
