embecta is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to support global HR operations, covering employee lifecycle processes, payroll validations, audits, vendor management, relocation and immigration administration, and HR projects. This fully remote role enables collaboration across our global organization.

The position requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 5+ years in HR Ops, 3+ years with Workday, and strong Excel/data skills. Global HR experience is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HRIS support, payroll operations, or similar role.
• Three+ years of experience with Workday or another HRIS.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendors.
• Global or multi-country HR experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding and offboarding.
• Monitor HR operational requests and ensure timely assignment, tracking, and resolution.
• Coordinate internal and external audit requests and track items through completion.
• Support recurring and ad hoc HR reports and validate data; follow up on discrepancies.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities with external HR vendors and manage invoices and questions.
• Assist with monthly HR metrics, inputs, dashboards, and feedback incorporation.
• Support relocation and immigration administration and vendor coordination.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, timelines, and status updates for HR initiatives.
• Create and maintain SOPs, process docs, templates, checklists, and knowledge articles.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency.
