Job summary

Embecta Corp. is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to support global HR processes, payroll validations, audits, and vendor coordination. The role focuses on data integrity and process improvement while enabling smooth employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to offboarding.

This position is fully remote, with collaboration across our global HR organization. Candidates should have 5+ years in HR Operations and strong Excel/HRIS skills, including Workday.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in HR Operations/HR Shared Services.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
• Strong Excel and data management skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding and offboarding.
• Coordinate HR reports and validate data for accuracy.
• Assist with HR audits and vendor coordination.
• Maintain HR metrics and dashboard slides.
• Support relocation and immigration administration workflows.
• Create and maintain SOPs, templates, and knowledge articles.
