Responsibilities

• Independently plans and executes HR Operations projects, defining plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manages day-to-day execution, prioritizes activities, coordinates dependencies, and adjusts plans to meet deliverables.
• Collaborates with HR colleagues and business partners to evaluate requirements and recommend practical approaches.
• Assesses milestones, risks, resources, and budgets; develops mitigation approaches and escalates when needed.
• Coordinates RFPs, change management, and communications for initiatives.
