Job summary

ANV Insurance is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to partner with the VP, HR Operations and drive programs across the US, UK and Europe. You will own day‑to‑day talent processes, performance management, learning and development, and compliance training to keep a growing multi‑country organization running smoothly.

As the role expands with the business, you will maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and LMS administration, build scalable processes, and collaborate with Talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years in HR operations, HR administration, or related role.
• Working knowledge of HR processes and multi-country environments.
• Experience with an HRIS and an LMS (e.g., Workday, UKG, SuccessFactors).
• Strong Excel and reporting skills; ability to summarize data clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Clear written and verbal communication with a service-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee lifecycle across US, UK, and Europe: onboarding, moves, promotions, offboarding.
• Support onboarding for hires joining via acquisitions.
• Maintain employee records, org charts, job descriptions, HRIS data; run data audits and reports.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and leaders to keep hiring workflows moving.
• Administer the performance cycle: goals, reviews, calibration, deadlines, and manager support.
• Prepare completion reports and trend data for HR leadership.
• Coordinate training calendars, LMS implementation, and program rollout.
