Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years’ experience supporting projects that affect strategy and business objectives.
• 2+ years’ General Human Resources experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently plans and executes recurring and smaller HR Operations projects with defined plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manages day-to-day execution of projects, prioritizing activities and coordinating dependencies to meet deliverables.
• Collaborates with project leads and HR partners to evaluate requirements and propose practical approaches.
