Job summary

Alliant Energy seeks a Senior People Operations Consultant to provide comprehensive HR operational support across the employee lifecycle. You will partner with HR and business leaders to navigate complex matters, leverage data, and ensure exceptional employee experiences.

You will manage leave programs, employee relations investigations, Workday administration, and HR projects, driving automation, data integrity, and service delivery improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations or HR Business Partner related strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting HR systems; Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive HR operational support across the employee lifecycle.
• Manages leave, accommodations, and complex case management.
• Supports employee relations matters and workplace investigations.
• Performs Workday administration and data integrity audits.
