Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services is seeking an experienced HR Operations Project Manager to independently plan, coordinate, and execute HR initiatives. You will manage workstreams from initiation to completion, partnering with HR leadership to drive improvements in HR service delivery and processes.

This role offers exposure to budgets, RFPs, change management, and cross-functional collaboration within a top-tier brokerage, supporting organizational objectives and growth.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two or more years supporting projects that affect strategy and business objectives.
• Two or more years' General HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute HR Operations projects, establishing plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day execution, prioritize activities, coordinate dependencies, and adjust plans.
• Collaborate with HR leads and stakeholders to evaluate requirements and deliver practical approaches.
• Assess milestones, risks and budget information; mitigate issues within authority and escalate when needed.
• Apply project management tools to monitor progress and communicate updates.
• Coordinate RFPs and change management activities for initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics and stakeholder feedback to drive operational improvements.
• Conduct post-project reviews and recommend process improvements.
• Present options to leadership when decisions exceed delegated authority.
