TEKsystems is seeking a People Services Associate to support recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations in a fast-paced environment. This fully remote role within the U.S.

focuses on candidate experience, employee data integrity in Workday, and HR process improvements. You will coordinate interviews, assist with onboarding, answer HR inquiries, and help maintain accurate employee records while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, recruiting coordination, or related HR support roles.
• Experience supporting both recruiting processes and employee onboarding.
• Hands-on Workday experience, including data management and employee record updates.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate travel, and background checks.
• Support onboarding activities, including new hire documentation and audits.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee and manager HR questions via phone and email.
• Maintain employee records and data in Workday.
• Create and update HR guides, FAQs, and knowledge articles.
• Partner with HR and recruiting teams on process improvements.
• Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
• Support the employee lifecycle from recruitment through onboarding and ongoing HR support.
