Tires Easy is seeking a fully remote HR Coordinator to partner with the HR Business Partner on onboarding, offboarding, recruiting coordination, HR reporting, and compliance support. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will post openings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, maintain employee records, and support HR programs, training, and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 1–3 years HR experience (recruiting coordination, onboarding, HR administration).
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting: post openings, review resumes, schedule interviews.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding: paperwork, equipment setup, orientation, terminations.
• Maintain HR records and audits of HR databases.
• Support HRBP with leave tracking, compliance, reporting, and ad hoc projects.
• Support HR-led programs including training rollouts and performance management.
• Support culture and engagement initiatives, events, recognition, and communications.
• Serve as first point of contact for HR questions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
