Responsibilities

• Provide first-tier HR support via Zendesk ticketing system.
• Manage HR transactions in Workday, including position creation.
• Support promotions and internal job changes.
• Process high-volume HR tickets daily with accuracy and speed.
• Assist in building and improving HR workflows.
• Escalate complex HR inquiries appropriately.

Skills

Prior experience using Zendesk or similar HR ticketing systems

Strong Workday or other HRIS software experience

Ability to manage high-volume workloads with precision

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
