Job summary

Cellebrite is seeking an experienced HR Operations & Benefits Manager to lead HR data integrity, process improvements, and US benefits administration. You will partner with vendors, brokers, and internal HR teams to ensure compliant, efficient operations and leverage AI tools to streamline workflows.

The role owns HRIS data management, benefits open enrollment, and lifecycle events, with a focus on data security, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience maintaining HR data in an HRIS.
• Hands-on experience with US benefits modules (Workday, ADP, etc.).
• Experience using AI tools to streamline HR workflows.
• Strong knowledge of US benefits administration (medical, dental, 401(k), FSA/HSA, COBRA).
• Attention to detail and high data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Excel for data auditing and reporting.
• Familiarity with HR compliance regs (ACA, ERISA, FMLA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer US employee benefits programs and open enrollment.
• Ensure HR data integrity and manage HRIS lifecycle events.
• Coordinate with vendors, brokers, and internal HR teams.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline HR operations and reporting.
• Maintain compliance with ACA/ERISA/FMLA/COBRA and other regs.
• Prepare compliance documents and HR reports for leadership.
• Reconcile benefits data between HRIS and carriers.
