Job summary

Cellebrite is seeking an experienced HR Operations & Benefits Manager in the US to lead benefits administration, HRIS data integrity, and vendor coordination. You will drive ACA/ERISA compliance, manage annual enrollment, and implement AI-powered HR tools to streamline processes.

The role requires hands-on benefits expertise, strong analytics, and the ability to partner with Payroll, IT, and HR teams to ensure data accuracy and excellent employee service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience maintaining HR data in an HRIS platform.
• Hands-on experience with a US benefits module (e.g., Workday Benefits, ADP, SuccessFactors, UKG, or similar).
• Practical experience using AI tools in an HR or operational context (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude for HR workflows).
• Strong understanding of US benefits administration (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, COBRA).
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) for data auditing and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer all US employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D, disability, 401(k)/retirement plans, FSA/HSA, and voluntary benefits.
• Manage the annual open enrollment process, including system setup, employee communications, and vendor coordination.
• Process new hire enrollments, qualifying life events, and benefits terminations accurately and within required timelines.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee benefits inquiries, resolving issues related to eligibility, claims, and enrollment.
• Reconcile monthly benefits invoices and ensure accurate billing from carriers and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and other applicable federal/state regulations.
• Prepare and file required compliance documents (e.g., 5500s, ACA reporting, Summary Plan Descriptions).
• Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with company policy.
• Own the administration of US benefits programs, including open enrollment, new hire enrollments, qualifying life events, and terminations.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline HR operations, improve reporting, and enhance employee self-service.
