Job summary

Cellebrite is seeking an HR Operations & Benefits Manager to lead and optimize US HR data integrity and benefits programs. This remote role partners with vendors, Payroll, IT and internal HR teams to streamline workflows using AI tools, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will own benefits administration, open enrollment, and data governance, contributing to a seamless employee experience across the US. Experience with HiBob is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing HR data and benefits programs.
• Ability to work with AI tools to automate HR workflows.
• Familiarity with ACA/ERISA and related compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer US employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and FSA/HSA.
• Oversee open enrollment processes and vendor coordination.
• Manage new hires, life events, and terminations in HR systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance across HRIS and payroll systems.
• Prepare compliance documents (5500s, ACA reporting, SPD).
• Generate HR reports and dashboards for decision making.
• Collaborate with Payroll, IT and Benefits for data integrity.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize HR operations and self-service.
