Cellebrite is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead the maintenance and improvement of HR data and processes in the US. This role focuses on HRIS data management, US benefits administration, and applying AI-powered tools to streamline workflows.

Mansioni

• Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Oversee the employee lifecycle (hiring, transfers, promotions, terminations) in HR systems.
• Administer US benefits programs, including open enrollment and life events.
• Reconcile benefits data between HRIS and carriers/vendors.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline HR operations and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual HR processes.
• Generate, audit, and analyze HR reports and dashboards.
• Serve as a point of contact for HR data, benefits, and system access.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, IT, and People teams to resolve data discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, and related regs.
• Document HR operational procedures and best practices.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
