Job summary

Cellebrite is seeking an HR Operations Manager to own HRIS data governance, US benefits administration, and leverage AI tools to streamline processes. The role supports lifecycle events, benefits enrollment, and data integrity while partnering with Payroll and IT in a remote-capable environment from Tysons, VA.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HRIS data management, strong US benefits knowledge, and hands-on AI in HR experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience maintaining HR data in an HRIS.
• Hands-on experience with a US benefits module.
• Experience using AI tools to streamline HR workflows.
• Strong US benefits administration knowledge (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), COBRA).
• Excellent data accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) for reporting.
• Strong communication and discretion with sensitive information.
• Familiarity with HR compliance regs (ACA, ERISA, FMLA).

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS with compliance.
• Manage lifecycle events: hires, transfers, promotions, terminations.
• Administer US benefits programs including open enrollment.
• Reconcile benefits data between HRIS and carriers.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline HR operations and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual HR processes.
• Generate and analyze HR reports and dashboards.
• Serve as a point of contact for HR data, benefits, and system access.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, IT, and People teams to fix data issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Document HR ops procedures and best practices.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
