• Reconcile benefits data between HRIS and carriers/vendors.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline HR operations and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual HR processes.
• Generate, audit, and analyze HR reports and dashboards.
• Serve as a point of contact for HR data, benefits, and system access.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, IT, and People teams to resolve data discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, and related regs.
• Document HR operational procedures and best practices.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead the maintenance, integrity, and continuous improvement of our HR data and operational processes. This role owns HRIS data management and US benefits administration, while also driving efficiency through AI-powered HR tools. The ideal candidate combines strong HR operations expertise with hands‑on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and brings familiarity with HiBob as a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with company policy
• Manage the employee lifecycle process (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations) within HR systems
• Own the administration of US benefits programs, including open enrollment, new hire enrollments, qualifying life events, and terminations
• Reconcile benefits data between the HRIS and insurance carriers/vendors
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative AI, HR chatbots, automation platforms) to streamline HR operations, improve reporting, and enhance employee self-service
• Identify opportunities to automate manual HR processes and drive operational efficiency
• Generate, audit, and analyze HR reports and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and support decision‑making
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR data, benefits, and system access
• Partner with Payroll, Benefits, IT, and People teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve cross‑functional processes
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (ACA, ERISA, FMLA, COBRA, etc.)
• Develop and maintain documentation of HR operational procedures and best practices
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
