World Business Lenders is seeking a remote HR onboarding specialist to coordinate onboarding, update org structure, and support day-to-day employee relations. Hours 9:00am-6:00pm ET, Monday through Friday; resumes must be submitted in English.

The role requires an Associate’s or Bachelor's in HR or related field, 2+ years in onboarding/administrative roles, strong organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR, onboarding, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and facilitate the employee onboarding process with documentation and systems access.
• Maintain and update the company’s organisational structure.
• Assist in managing day-to-day employee relations.
• Support planning and tracking of company training initiatives and records.
• Draft and distribute internal communications and provide payroll support.
• Enforce HR policies and assist with weekly HR reporting.
