Prominence Advisors, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to own onboarding, benefits administration, and HR compliance across the organization.

The role requires a highly organized, proactive professional who can balance employee support with process ownership. You will partner with hiring managers and the HR Director to ensure accurate onboarding, timely benefits processing, and compliant HR operations while maintaining thorough documentation and strong internal partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, benefits administration, employee support, or related role.
• Experience coordinating administrative processes requiring detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable with HR systems, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and shared documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires across divisions.
• Administer employee benefit programs and respond to benefits questions.
• Maintain HR compliance calendars and documentation; ensure deadlines.
• Provide general People Team support and maintain accurate employee records.
• Coordinate with HR Director on onboarding initiatives and regulatory changes.
