Job summary

Prosum is seeking a Human Resources Administrator to provide advanced administrative, operational, and compliance support to the Corporate HR team and branch representatives. You will manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, records management, compliance, and offboarding.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in HR, business admin, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and audit employee files, HRIS data, and records for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and background check processes.
• Support recruitment: job postings, resume screening, scheduling, and communications.
• Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR reports.
